My roommates and I have always been obsessed with the iconic screen saver on our Roku TV, Roku City. I decided that I wanted to make my own with some of our favorite buildings and symbols of St. Louis that represent the time that we've spent here. I tried to emulate the Roku City style and color palette in my digital illustrations and animated the three sections (foreground, trees, and cityscape) at different speeds to give the appearance of perspective.
